Install in three steps.

Download & open the DMG
Click the download button above, then open Phonecontrol-latest.dmg from your Downloads folder.

Drag Phonecontrol.app to Applications
Drag the app onto the Applications folder shown in the DMG window, then eject the disk image.

First launch
Open Phonecontrol from Applications and follow the per-phone setup wizard. On the unsigned build, run the xattr command above first.
